My complaint:

While involved in a transaction online.
I had money taken from my debit card , without my consent. The payment of £220 went to Binance . I had no control over these payments. I have taken the appropriate steps. Blocked the debit card . Informed Lloyds Bank. Who have given Binance 15 days to resolve the matter.

Suggested solution:

Return the payment.
