My complaint:
I am from Egypt ,, I am using Egyptian network servers from an Egyptian internet company ,, I have never used VPN .. Yet Binance application insists that my IP is coming from Germany and I am not allowed to trade unless I show German verification papers which I don’t have
Suggested solution:
They should check on the account and realize that I am from my Egypt and let me have the ability to trade again
