My complaint:
Hello, I have a registered and verified account on Binance. However, when I try to buy crypto using fiat currency (the same debit card I registered), I receive an error. When I try to appeal, I receive an error saying “make sure the card you are using is the same as the one you registered”.
Suggested solution:
Someone from Binance to contact me and help resolve the issue because I am looking to invest heavily through their platform.
