Hi dear sir madam
On 14-04-21 when the price of binance coin dropped to almost $530. ~ £383 ,
I have bought 5 coin and the total price was almost £1914. which it didn’t go through first time and asked me again for ation and gone through second time . but after completing the transaction in stead of 5 coin 4.883 coin was in my account and in stead of £1914 , the amount of £1972.97 was taken and didacted from my bank account
It means you have charge me over £20 extra for each coin
Regretfully In stead of ;
5 x £383 £1914
You charged ;
4.883 x £404.05 £1972.97
It means almost over £100 extra charged

Suggested solution:
My suggestion is
Please refund extra charge and take your right amount of commission which I believe it’s under 2%
I have bought ( 5 ) coins
£383 x 5 £1914
Plus 2% £1952
So I expect you to Refund
0.117 binance coin
Plus £20 cash
You can’t take commission from coin as well as money
I believe you have charge me almost 60% extra for your commission
