My complaint:
Its been more than a month now that Binance US has not resolved my issue. I’ve logged complaints with them but to no avail. They instead locked my account. My issue is I am unable to change update my new phone number as my old number is out of service. Another issue is I am unable to verify my 2FA. I asked to reset, I even sent in all my identification requested. Still no response. I am unable to log in and access my account. Seems like I need a lawyer. THIS IS HIGHLY FRUSTRATING.
Suggested solution:
Respond and fix my 2FA by allowing me access please. And update my ph. Number.
