My complaint:
I recently bought a new phone a new and wants to log into my binance account with it but couldn’t.
I want to be able to log into my binance account with any of my phones, should in case the old one gets spoilt.
I downloaded binance app. from Google play store with my new phone, log in with my account login details, then I answered all the questions that I was asked. Filled the Identity questions and did verification which failed due to significant number of users according to the message I received from binance.
Please I want to log into my binance account with both of my phones. How do I get this done.
