My complaint:

I am trying to access you a while ago, I need to follow up on my wire bank transfer of $1900 USD from Royal bank of Canada on April 17 to Silvergate bank.

My reference number is B3YPJ3Z3NB

I called my bank and they ed the money had been deposited on Apr. 19th.

I do not see the money into my account !!!!

Please follow and I am waiting for feedback soon

Suggested solution:

Deposit the money into my binance account or return back into my bank account. I also a communication from them. I have never heard back from them.

I also have the same problem because of silvergate swift method. If you find any solution please let me know. I sent the money at 09.04.2021 I try to reach them on every portal however there were not any response. It’s been 1 month.
