My complaint:
I’ve been raising tickets for over two weeks and they just ignore or tell you to hold on then go absent! I haven’t been able to withdraw funds to my bank account and they haven’t answered or resolved it and usually ignore you! It’s crazy! Each day I have to explain the same basic routine issue but never get anywhere. This pattern just repeats itself daily. It’s truly pathetic!
Suggested solution:
Actually answer and deal with it so that I can withdraw
