My complaint:

Hi, I can’t access my account it seems like the system isn’t recognizing my account details anymore. I tried resetting my password but I am not getting any emails from you, my email was verified and FICA verified and bought wink coins. Please help Email: Ndlaminy95@gmail.com

I have re-registered with a same email hoping that my account will come back but all I got was a new account without any of my assets, please help.
