My complaint:
On April 18th I transfer 1100 euro to my wallet in binance . Then one day later I wanted to take my money back because I noticed there is absolutely no service no body helps you just talk to robots… but immidmy balance in my wallet disappeared now I keep contacting their support no one helps and I just talk to robots ans automat texts.
No agent reached me no one helps me. Where is my money? How can I get it back? No answer
Suggested solution:
They should tell me what hato my balance. Why I don't see it in my wallet? I need to talk to real agent not robots.
