My complaint:

It been a month back and forth and I need access to my money and to be able to trade. I have sent all documents needed several time and I am still locked out. This is an urgent matter because I need money and to continue trading.

Suggested solution:

Re enable my account so I can access my money which I need ASAP, I have already missed out on opportunities because of this issue.
