My complaint:
1. I have been asking for over one year for documentation of my transactions on purchasing of my crypto-currencies.
2. I have been asking for over three months for a copy of any 2020 tax forms I may need to fill out with the IRS.
3. I transferred $5000. USD over two weeks ago into my account. It shows as a balance of $0.05, not $5000. I have asked over 15 times what is going on, and I get a generic message about how busy they are and that my requests are important. What a joke.
Suggested solution:
1. They can begin by making sure my funds are available.
2. They can have some one respond with a true answer to my 2020 tax document questions.
3. They can have someone respond with a true answer to my transaction and validations numbers.
4. They can have someone call me so I can move all of my assets out of this lousy company.
