My complaint:
This morning I swapped 4.6 alice to Bitcoin so I can deposit the Bitcoin to another wallet, after I transferred the Bitcoin I discovered half of it was missing, I had to deposit the crypto using tron back to my wallet and bought back the Alice to find out that it was only 2.7 Alice I could purchase instead of 4.6, I wasn’t happy at all
Suggested solution:
I need my Alice back, it's approximately 15000 naira, if there's any other evidence that the amount of Alice or information I said wasn't true then I want a proof too, it's so heartbreaking to be honest
