Binance complaint: withdrawal not received in hard wallet

My complaint:

I withdrew BNB to my metamask wallet on the BSC network. I have the tax id but the taxid does not reflect on BSC scan and the BNB has not arrived in my metamask. This money has dissappeared out of my Binance account and is not in my metamask. It’s been 3 days. I submitted a problem on the BSC webpage but have not heard back. I have tried to submitt a complaint on Binance but its impossible to get in touch with any help line. The wallet address is 100% correct.

Suggested solution:

Refund my BNB back into my Binance account.
