My complaint:
I transferred XLM token from CoinBase Pro to Binance US account. I initially deposited 100 coins to verify the transaction would go through. I then initiated a transfer of a larger amount. The second transaction did leave CoinBase Pro but has not arrived in Binance US yet. The amount was $7,500.00. I have submitted a ticket 1625173 and have yet to hear back from Binance US as to why they are holding my funds.
The account is not blocked as I have been using the account with other coins.
Suggested solution:
They need to complete the transaction or send the funds back to CoinBase Pro immediately.
