My complaint:
When binance kicked the US users off the exchange in December, and pushed them to binanceUs, my account was frozen. I was unable to transfer my ocean protocol over to ethereum to make the transfer to BinanceUS. I panicked and sent my coins to their ethereum address thinking I was safe because it is also an ethereum token. Well binanceUS does not support ocean protocol. I contacted both binance and binanceUS and binance said it would be an issue for BinanceUS. I’ve contacted them repeatedly and they keep telling me that if I pay them a fee of .005 bitcoin and give them an address to send my coins to, that they would handle it within 5 days. Now they don’t respond at all and it’s been almost 4 months. The only response I ever get is on Twitter, where everyone is watching, and they say they will handle it, but never do. My coin is worth over 40k and I feel they are stealing it. I have complained to the bbb, contacted a crypto attorney and am going to file with federal regulation next. I see so many people in the same boat as me, and binanceUS is doing nothing for them as well. I think they are just keeping the coins of whoever goes away.
Suggested solution:
They should follow through with their promises and return mine and everyone else’s money that they have locked so that we can resume trading andor use our money as needed.
