My complaint:
I opened future grid long position 10 days ago. Price was down for last 6-7 days and I was in loss. I was waiting for market to recover. Now market is up trend but future grid is moving opposite and opening short trades. I set my parameter to long position only. I don’t know how it is possible. And if it’s supposed to work like this then why the botsystem didn’t short sell when market was down trend?? I am going to loose my money like this.
Suggested solution:
I tried many times to explain to chat agent but they don't understand what's the real issues. They just send me the readymade answers. I sent them more than 10 screenshot of my future grid position and pnl status. But all I got was very careless reply. Someone who has access to all the trade details should look into the technical issue with the trade and try to figure out what's wrong. Like this we all going to loose the money sooner or later.
