My complaint:
I have contacted Binance on 2 separate occasions about a month apart asking that my account be unlocked due to me being completely verified with them both by my bank and I have submitted photos of government documents and photo id’s I can add money from my bank into their exchange and I can purchase crypto and sell crypto but I can not withdraw back to my bank as their “risk management” won’t allow it and if I try to send crypto to my off platform wallet I can’t due to “risk management” not allowing it first contact with them about this was a month ago and no response i again submitted a ticket and again no response it has been about a week since I last submitted and I know they get them because I get an auto response stating they have received my ticket
Suggested solution:
Remove the block to my account so I can exchange back to my bank or to an off platform wallet
