My complaint:
Hi, I’m unable to access my account, kept ing me incorrect username and password. I tried to reset my password but not receiving any email to proceed. So I tried to registered with the same username and password and it manage to get in. But apparently it’s a different account so there’s nothing in my wallet. I tried to contact the Customer support team many times but is not getting any response from them.
Suggested solution:
Allow me access back to my account and funds.
