My complaint:
I was scammed to open accounts on Binance to invest money. This was done using my phone. I was contacted by Amazon Security and told my account had been hacked and my phone.
They were so convincing and I was was encouraged to make transactions transferring monies from my bank account to Binance to trap the hackers.
I was told not to tell anyone as it would prevent them catching the hackers.
Consequently I checked yesterday and they have stolen every penny from the account. I was also encouraged to take out a £ 25.000 loan on my Nat West acct.
Suggested solution:
I am hoping they can check how much money they have taken as there is £00 funds in the account now.
I am 72 and a pensioner had £25,000 in my NatWest acct that was a lump sum of my pension. I am heart broken and devastated my life savings gone.
I was drilled and told not to tell anyone as it could compromise them catching the hackers.
I am praying thatI can claim my money back also to others of these despicable people stealing older peoples money.
