My complaint:
On 413 an purchase via ACH failed on the Bionance.us website, however my bank account was still charged on 413. It took 2 weeks to get any sort of response, and then only after I repeatedly complained on twitter. Finally on May 10th I got an email acknowledging the error and was told my account would be manually credited. but today I was told that the tech team did not have an ETA on a solution. That’s insane.
Suggested solution:
Credit my account the 1.04456ETH I was originally purchased.
