My complaint:
I had a Binance account and they made me set up a Binance.us US account which I had transferred my money there since Binance, wouldn’t let me do anything with either. my money over to that account. And because they’ve taken so long to approve my info. As of now I’ve LOST $4000 CAN’T do anything. It’s one thing taking a long time to approve accounts they don’t have money sitting in them but whenever I have $17,000 sitting in it and I can’t do anything with it. They should re-pay this money back to me. This is complete garbage they can just hold your money and NOT LET you do anything
