My complaint:

Hi ,

I have been sending message in customer support chat for Binance for last 3 days for the failed deposit and not even single response from their customer service .

The 100 EUR is deducted from my bank account but not visible in Binance .

Please help in resolve it ASAP ,

Suggested solution:

Refund my 100 EUR back
