My complaint:
Suspension of ADA network with added long period transfer times is not acceptable when time is critical to customers. Something needs fixing or upgrading to handle this matter. It has cost me and I am sure lots of others because of Binance`s failure to provide a fully functional service to customers. Not acceptable
Suggested solution:
Listening to their customers needs and to rectify these important issues that cause big problems to customers
