Binance complaint: Empty Wallet

My complaint:

After upgrading to a new mobile phone I tried accessing my Binance wallet only to find that the balance was zero.
I registered the new mobile phone and also my laptop expecting that once verification had been completed and ed that my original deposit and current balance would then appear, it did not.
It seems impossible to contact Binance as all of their emails are automated messages which you cannot reply to, so how do you resolve a problem?
I know that I am a novice at this, but even so, this app does not make it easy to get to a resolution.

Suggested solution:

I would like Binance to find my original purchase (from May 2021) and align it with my current device(s) so that I can see my balance and either continue to trade of cash in.
