My complaint:
I am from Australia. I tried more than 5 times to verify my ID with Australian driver’s license. I entered the details EXACTLY as on my license. However, it always return with message failed because I didnt enter info as per on license. when I try to submit help..can find where to submit to explain my situation. Very FRUStRATING.
Suggested solution:
Get a reply and indicate that someone has actually CHECK why I fail verification even though I enter info EXACTLY as on the driver's license right down to the spacing.
