My complaint:
I deposit Money from my Creditcard to binance. Now i withdrew my Money again and when i withdraw 1000€ for example it appears on my Credit Card, i pay 2€ maybe Fees and 10 days later Binance Just deducts These 1000€ from my Account. What is going on?! Who gave them rights to do so? I Just want my Money Back and from their Support I was sent to a Senior Agent but He is Not replying since one day at all. It IS my Money and Nobody has the right to Take it from me.
Suggested solution:
I sent them Screenshots were its 100% clear they are Just deducting Money from my Account. I want the refund of all my money they Tool, it is my hard earned Money!
