My complaint:

I have an account with Binance. (NOT US BINANCE) My account is locked in terms of moving crypto. They never sent me an email to state this would happen. One day I logged in and had no access.
They state that if you are a US customer you need to put in a support ticket to move your money out of Binance. There is nowhere that I can find to put in this ticket. If you search it on their site you get nothing. They are making it very difficult to access what was 20k in crypto but is now down to 18k.

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

They should allow me to move my crypto out of Binance. They are holding my funds hostage. They allowed me to put money in no problem. Now they make it nearly impossible to get it out. Even if they did email me which they did not regarding the lock, they still have no reason to keep my crypto or to make it very hard for me to contact them or and impossible to access my funds.
