Hello,
My Binance account has been disabled trade since March 10th. During this period, Binance did not send me any information about the suspension of my account. I submited the ticket, the is 503915 and there was no response. I finally found the reason on the Internet. It was because my bank did not transfer the money to the Binance account in time. I immediately went to the bank and transferred the money to the Binance account. The Reference Code: QNCUSJXFZ and the Binance account showed chargeback processed to successful.
Binance Help Center Note it will take our team roughly five business days to reinstate access. 10 days have passed, my account still can’t be traded and there is no reply from the customer support. I invest in this platform, I lose money if I can’t trade, my total balance has fallen from $155.300 to $108,215. who will compensate for my loss? They can’t disobey the rules.
