My complaint:
In march 8th I sent a PIX (fast money transfer) from my account to Binance so I could by some crypto. The transfer was done, but it never appeared in the Binance wallet. It said it was processing for several days until my order expired, so I could not buy anymore, I need to make a new order, but as it has taken too long, I didn’t want to order anymore, so I asked for a refund, but only got through electronic chat and answers, and almost 20 days after I made the deposit, I still have no answer if they will refund me, not one single answer on my case, only automatic stuff… I have post my complain at complain.biz
Suggested solution:
Just send me a message and tell me my refund will be done.
