My complaint:
I am a Sikh. I have moustache, wear a turban and wear glasses due to poor eyesight.
1 Your software sees my mouth as being covered with my hand. It sees the moustache and asks me to remove my hand from my mouth.
2 If I remove the glasses, i cannot see the messages flashing under the photo frame.
I have wasted lots of time trying to do this varification. Your software is a massive hurdle.
I have had assistance to read the messages. Still unsuccessful.
Suggested solution:
Please suggest any alternative requirements that would satisfy your security checks.
