My complaint:
Tried to deposit 500 and did not work 4 times, said that the deposit wasn’t going through and to try again later. I then checked my wallet and there was £2000 in my account which caused me to go over my overdraft, although I only wanted to deposit 500 and the website saying the transaction didn’t go through. This caused a fee as well as transaction fees.
Suggested solution:
Fix issue of deposits failed and to try again later as well as refund transaction fees.
