My complaint:
Binance has an ETH 2.0 staking page where you can exchange your ETH for BETH at a 1 to 1 ratio. However, if you search their trading pairs, you can exchange ~0.945 ETH for 1 BETH. They should inform customers who visit the ETH 2.0 page to check the trading pair price first in the spirit of customer fairness and integrity. If not, naturally many customers will do the 1 to 1 exchange and later discover that they could have gotten it for cheaper.
Suggested solution:
Binance should reimburse a part of the difference. They should put a disclosure asking customers to check the trading pair before exchanging 1 to 1.
