My complaint:
I was traiding a crypto, it reached a very high level and so I tried to sell it at ine of the high points but there seemed to be some glitch, I was unable to convert it back into my $AUD. Tried a few methods and a few devices and same thing. Spoke with binance and was told cpuld take up to 48hours to fix. Ofcourse the price since has dropped dramatically and Ive now lost a lot of money as a result
Suggested solution:
they should pay me the money lost and fix the problem sooner than 48hours.
