My complaint:

I deposited 64 LUNA directly from Bittrex to Binance wallets. Bittrex does not allow a Memo Tag on any of their transactions, so I was willing to pay Binance their fee to recover it from the Terra Explorer blockchain. I submitted the required Tx ID, wallet address, and a video of my Bittrex log in and withdrawal account as Binances standard policy requested. After months I still haven’t received my LUNA. I asked about my claim and was told I will have to increase my ID Verification from Basic (I was already verified) to Intermediate if I want my LUNA. I do not believe that is how decentralized crypto was meant to be! I already provided and passed basic identification but they insisted on the next level. I don’t want to use Binance anymore and I closed my account but asked for my LUNA to be returned to Bittrex. Binance won’t recover my LUNA or return my LUNA unless I give them more ID verification. The transaction was months before Binance started cracking down on ID verification. I just want my LUNA back.

Suggested solution:

Binance should return my LUNA to the senders wallet address so Bittrex can return it to me. Binance can take their fee from my LUNA and return the rest to Bittrex (and me).
