My complaint:

On 10 Jun 2021, I fell victim to a multi-layer scam involving me sending 2 Ethereum (A$7,000) to swap for 282 faked Links on the Bounce Finance platform. I discovered these Links were faked after I sent to Binance Exchange to sell but these Links never appeared in my Binance wallet and was told that Binance do not support the contract address for these Links (faked). However for the cost of 0.001 BTC, Binance can recover these faked Links into my wallet. After payment of this fee, these Links (faked) were returned to my wallet but not tradeable on any exchange. I had lodged a complaint to Binance UK on the 21 Jun, but received no response.
My main complaint is that if Binance were able to recover these faked Links, then they should be able to recover the A$7,000 I had lost which is my main redress and compensation from Binance.

Suggested solution:

To compensate me for the A$7,000 loss I have suffered through this scam.

They should open a special service to deal with these time sensitive situations
