Binance complaint: Closed account with Crypto still in wallets

My complaint:

Hello, Binance has closed on account which they will not reactivate as they say there was a discrepancy with documents (ID) provided. That is not the issue. I hadhave crytpo still in the account. I have tried for months to talk to some one or have them send my funds to a new wallet address but I have had no response. Crypto is property and I now consider this stolen.

Suggested solution:

send my funds to a new address not a finance one or give me temp access to withdraw myself
