My complaint:

I made a Binance account, deposited funds, and bought £70 of Doge coin around a month or two ago. Since then, I have set it and forgot it, keeping my auto-fill password on my laptop for when I needed to check on my Doge.
Upon opening the site today, with Dogecoin up 600% from my starting position, it says that I need to undergo account reactivation, adding ID photos and a verification photo, and then only gives me the option, at the end, to change my email address tied to the account- the email address they sent a verification code to- that I received and inputted.
The entire process has taken ages, achieved nothing regarding my account, left me stranded outside of my account, and I’ve also been told that when the reactivation does complete (if ever, as it won’t complete the form- choosing a new email just brought me back to the beginning of the reactivation process), it tells me that any withdrawal requests will likely take 48hours after that point.
I cannot even look at my Doge, let alone take the single advantage that owning crypto brings. I am furious.

Suggested solution:

They should never have forced reactivation onto me! My email and password were saved and should have granted me direct entry without any issues regarding my emails safety. Nor should it have locked my account after attempting the reactivation.
I need access to my account, and possibly fast as this peaking of Doge is unlikely to be sustained. It feels like a stacking of the deck against myself and other retail investors, and completely defeats the object of investing!
Fuming.
