My complaint:
To whom it may concerns
On may10,2021 I paid 2000 Canadian dollar with my debt card to buy ETH which it was almost 1650 USD
at that time.But on my trust wallet it showed 1353 USD. It means that I was charged almost 300 USD .
In worst case if they charge me the higher rate it shouldn’t be more than 90 USD. It seems Binance overcharged me 210 USD.
Suggested solution:
This issue resolves by returning 210 USD from Binance to my trust wallet
