My complaint:
I put money crypto in 2017. I’m trying to log in now and they want me to upload the photo ID required to use the account now. I can’t upload it no matter what I do and I don’t have access to my money that I’ve been investing for over 4 years!
Suggested solution:
They should let me upload my ID so I can verify my account and pull out my money. It’s trapped and they won’t verify my ID.
