My complaint:
I have been trying to contact Binance.US since February and they have blocked trading on my account. I have sent requests 6 times now and they still haven’t replied to me or done anything to fix the issue. There is no notification on the app telling me why they have blocked my ability to trade, buy, or sell anything.
Suggested solution:
They need to unblock my ability to trade so I can move my funds to my wallet like I’ve been trying to do sense February of 2021.
