My complaint:
I am outrage as I send 5k EUR form my swiss bank and it was rejected by Binance while few weeks ago I send 1k EUR and it was deposited without problems. I repeated the payment to be sure it is properly treated. Now I see that it was not rejected but accepted and send back after 1 day which means I received more than 200 chf less due to exchange rates (EUR returned to CHF account). To say that I am unhappy is an understatement..
I was counting on Binance professionalism and quick reaction this is why I tried with small amount before and everything was working. My account is verified and all is done from my private bank account so I don’t understand what went wrong here and I expect compensation. I’m attaching ation of bank transfer of 5k EUR and ation of money being back but in smaller amount.
Suggested solution:
I would like to get explanation why it was rejected if my previous deposit was accepted and it was done the same way (sam account, same description etc.)?
Second I would like to be compensated for my loss due to wrong refund - as I explained it was accepted by binance and then send back. If it would be just rejected I would not have this problem since my back would just accepted the transfer didn't work. But Binance accepted it to it's account and then send back but as I said I send EUR from my CHF account so now I am in loss due to exchange rate and wrongful rejection by Binance.
