My complaint:
I made a LTC purchase from Binance on 17.04.2021. The transaction was not ital but the money was withdrawn from my account. The system message will return your money within 15 minutes, but they haven’t deposited my money back for 1 month yet.
Suggested solution:
they are constantly writing, sending a link for a return. I am entering the data, but there is no refund
