Binance complaint: Binance website error caused me significant loss

My complaint:

At around 8pm UST I had a text message through saying my position has been liquidated. I didn’t have any trades in, I sold my long BTC position at 5am UST for around $33,000.

I immediately got in contact with the customer service center. What followed was a 5 hour chat log with an extremely rude unhelpful rep. (See below, I have 15 further screen shots)

After providing them with screen shots of an error message generated from their website they continued to deny any wrongs refused to let me speak with a manager. The rep continued to deny that the screenshot I sent was sufficient evidence, basically stating that I should have been screen recording.

They are now trying to offer me a free VIP membership.

I want what I’m owed back roughly $5800.

I also want an apology for the way I’ve been treated. I will never use Binance again, the amount of unhappy customers I’ve found online is alarming yet nothing ever seems to happen.

Suggested solution:

I should be refunded the amount at the very least. This has caused me so much stress.
