My complaint:
In the month of August there was BTC bought with my credit card, around 1500 euro which was sended directly to a person. That person was a scammer. Who got my BTC by telling manipulated information to me.
Also I had sent them more BTC by selling my whole portfolio. All because I was involved in a scam.
People get manipulated pretty fast by seeing percentages and higher amounts.
To get my money from the website I had to pay fees. What do you do when you see that you get some good amount of money? You pay the fees. All the transactions were done with BTC and paid with credit card. I would like to have that all back.
Also, I would like to make a note that all the different transactions that were made by my credit card, binance didn’t send me an e-mail to me if I was doing good by doing those transactions.
And another thing, all my coins were sold on the same day, which was also sent to a different BTC address.
All those BTC addresses are from scammers.
Suggested solution:
Binance should track my crypto and return, or compensate me for my losses who are at least what i spent with my credit card.
