Binance complaint: Have not received any payment from the buyer

My complaint:

I place an order to a buyer, and the buyer marked the the order as paid which is not and I also file and appeal and they’re yet to solved it

Suggested solution:

I’m imploring Binance to help me cancel the order as soon as possible
