Binance complaint: Unauthorized withdrawal form my account

My complaint:

I sent a request to Binance two days after opening the account to cancel immediately at his time only agreeing to 300 dollars I received a call from the account, manager.
Peter Andino claiming he was from UK
I authorized him to access my account under the impression he was going cancel the account and transfer the balance of the account whilst in my account he proceeded to create new accounts and apply for loans while I was watching home do this I was on the phone and demanding he explain what he is doing he didn’t give me a clear answer this was such a violation on my privacy he then withdrew another 2,000 from my account without permission still not explaining what he was doing he continued to call me over the week I demanded my money back immediately he continued to claim he has technical issues and needs to be approved for management as I am a carer for my partner that is dying of cancer had to leave work was trying to make money but got scammed this is outrageous I feel that stressed and sick to the core this should be shut down immediately innocent people are being misled this could tip someone over the edge . i just want my 2000 dollars returned to my account.

Suggested solution:

I have provided all the identification evidence to binance I have not authorised this transaction of $2000 to be withdrawn from my personal account should be returned to my account immediately and the binance account closed down it actually frightens me to think that they have my personal bank details .
