My complaint:

Hi, I am reaching you because I am not getting any updates from Binance US side. Let me shortly explain what is going on.. On October 1, while I was trying to login to my account I could not login, I opened a ticket and got a request to provide a Proof of Wealth on October 2. On October 12 I received an email from Binance US that my account is going to be disabled and I have several days to withdraw all my funds on the account. I did it on 15th October, but there was a pending transaction that I accidentally fulfilled same day evening and money were transferred to my disabled account. I opened a case and tried to talk with Binance US support in the face of Owen Avery. They opened my account, but I could not withdraw my money because there was some problem with Prime Trust sync there, I reached the support again and they stated that they are working on the resolving the issue. This is the 5th month, but there is no result. I am a patient person, but it has been 5 month since I cannot get my $25000 back, I hope that you can help me with my problem. Thank you in advance.
