My complaint:

I created a profile in the last days of January and initiated a fund transfer of $53 on January 29, 2021. The funds cleared on February 1, 2021. However, my account still shows a zero balance. They do not provide any phone contact information, only a submission request. I have submitted a complaint 4 separate times, requesting to k ow where my funds are. Each time, I receive the exact, word for word, automated response telling me how to troubleshoot for a completely different reason than why I am writing in the first place. I will respond to that email and have received no responses from them.

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

Refund my $53 and allow me to delete my profile, I have no desire to utilize them for cryptocurrency purchases any longer.
I have photographic proof, however do not wish to post bank or account information publicly.
