My complaint:
One day I went into my account to buy trade crypto I got a message saying that function was “disabled”. I had no explanation why? A few days later I received an email from Binance that a $100.00 deposit from months ago must not of cleared to deposit funds to cover it. I had over $2,000.00 in my account that would of easily covered it but I went ahead and made another $100.00 deposit to be safe. Nothing happened. It’s been almost a month since I’ve been locked all I get is automated responses to my complaints sent to Binance. This is beyond an inconvenience this is criminal! I am not only missing out on trade opportunities but I am handcuffed from being able to resolve this. I addressed the claim immediately, however I would of thought I would of been notified immediately when the alleged over draft occurred; not months later only after I made a complaint!
Suggested solution:
Unlock my account so I can buy sell again. Prove to me I actually had a measly $100.00 not clear the date it happened, then explain to me why it took months to affect my account why was I never notified that there was a problem? Why didn’t they just the $100.00 from my cash in my portfolio account?
